Family/Hobbies:
I enjoy spending time with my family. My hobbies include spending time with family/friends, attending my kids’ extra-curricular activities, cooking, traveling, and shopping.

DMPS Training Experience:
- Trinect alumni: A partnership with the National Science Foundation and Iowa State University to increase engineering in the primary grades.
- Project Task: A collaboration with Drake on the improvement in engagement and comprehension of math concepts.
Teaching Experience:
I have had the pleasure of having all of my years of teaching at Walnut Street since 2011 in various rolls:
- Four years in 3rd grade
- One year in Kindergarten
- Two years in 4th grade
- One-year teaching 5th grade, as I looped up with the class.
Family/ Hobbies:
I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I have a very active teen whom I love to support in all that she does. I also enjoy listening to people’s stories and learning about life from their experiences when possible. Nature is also a passion of mine, and I enjoy finding ways to be outside with my loved ones whenever possible.
