WSS Celebrates Chinese New Year

WSS students celebrated the start of the Chinese New Year on January 31. We had a special assembly with students signing, dancing, and then a special presentation of a Lion Dance by high school students from West Des Moines. We have spent several weeks learning about Chinese New Year traditions. Happy Chinese New Year!!!
