Professional Development for WSS Staff

Every Wednesday is an early dismissal for students. Teachers and staff are engaged in professional development activities during the remaining time on Wednesday afternoons. Most recently. our Wednesday afternoons have been used to review and focus on our 2013-2014 School Improvement Plan (SIP). Our SIP is focused on implementing and monitoring a rigorous curriculum, implementing and monitoring effective Data Teams, and reducing school suspensions.
