Beaverdale Fall Fest Parade

Join us as we walk in the Beaverdale Fall Fest Parade on Saturday, September 15th. Each year the students, parents and staff of Walnut Street School walk in the Beaverdale Fall Fest Parade as a way to share our school spirit with the larger Des Moines community. Feel free to get decked out in your favorite purple attire and join us. We will meet at First Federate Church in the north parking lot of First Federated Church, on the west side of 48th Street between Hickman and Franklin. The parade begins at 10:00 AM. So, we are asking families to arrive at the churck parking lot by 9:45 AM. Bikes, scooters, wagons and strollers are welcome. Please keep pets at home. If your kids want to make signs, please encourage them to do so. We look forward to seeing you on Saturday!
